Technical Audit
Integrated Communication Networks, Inc (ICN) performs a concentrated assessment and inventory of all services and associated billing prior to designing any solution.

Upon completion of the technical audit, ICN will present a comprehensive Service Inventory Report that details all vendors, circuits and services. This will provide a critical value-added tool for youíre on going internal telecom management.   In addition, ICN will endeavor to recover any owed credits based on identified billing errors.
Network Design Services
Upon completion of the technical audit, a meeting is scheduled to review findings and discuss business needs as they relate to your communications.  The purpose is to understand your business operations, competitive landscape and needs from a telecommunications standpoint.  Our goal is to uncover needs that are not currently being met and present a simple, effective plan to quickly increase productivity and reduce operating expenses.
    Cost Analysis
To insure our solution design is competitive, ICN will generate a Cost Analysis Comparison. Based on monthly, annual and term periods, the Cost Analysis Comparison will outline expected savings, after implementation of the solution. The analysis will serve as a budgetary resource as well as an overall return on investment tool.
    Project Implementation
The key component of a successful service installation is professional project implementation.  The experience and expertise of ICNís professional project managers insure a smooth and uneventful implementation.  Once an agreement is made to utilize ICNís solution, the customer will be presented with:
  • Outline of implementation procedures
  • Time-line for migration and implementation
  • Detailed organization chart for all services and providers
  • Escalation list of support personnel and procedures
